90's Revival

Us girl's aren't the best at concentrating in class, instead we spent our first period today trying to find where to buy all Cher Horowitz's outfits and looking up matching blazer skirt combinations - no joke. We were finding a lot of pieces reminiscent of the 90s. So, somewhere in the middle of frantically searching through ASOS and trying to hide that we haven't done any work from our teacher, we both decided we needed to recognise the greatness of the 90's revival trend through a blog post. These are the pieces we are so happy to see back on the streets! Oh and check out the tartan pant suit guys, it's so Cher! Are you guys liking the 90s revival, or is it to soon for a comeback?

Such garments include but are not limited to harem pants, boyfriend jeans, overalls (see: human repelling), shoulder pads, full length jumpsuits, jewelry that resembles violent weaponry and clogs.

\To say we are big fans of this lady, would be the understatement of the century. 

Leandra Medine or" The Man Repeller" is an amazing blogger, who constantly dresses well, even if she does believe that she chooses outfits that supposedly offend the opposite sex. It may be the fact that we are not men, but we think that these outfits are to die for, and we hope you do too!

Hey everyone,

We thought we would make a quick post to update you with our latest goss and what's to come!

Interview With a Vampire

We're a big fans of For Love & Lemons over here at 7thand52nd, so we were pretty damn excited when they released their Fall 2013 campaign 'Interview With a Vampire' the other day. The campaign stars Anna Selezneva channeling some major gothic glamour vibes, suiting the old castle setting perfectly. The whole campaign is hauntingly beautiful.
For Love & Lemons has us lusting over slit skirts and beautiful lace and, we don't usually say this, but all we want to do right now is go out and rock some serious velvet!

Long White Cloud

Photographer Ryan Kenny and stylist Zara Mirkin travelled to New Zealand for Oyster Magazine's 'Peace Issue'. Whilst in their beautiful home country they were finding and documenting some of New Zealand's Fresh Faces, which you can see HERE. Luke Byrne followed them around on their journey and created this 'Long White Cloud' (The Māori name for New Zealand) technicolor video. We think it's probably the coolest thing ever, so check it out and tell us if you're digging this trippy vid just like us. Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf's

Ok, So we have discovered the most amazing thing- a documentary on Bergdorf Goodman's. Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf's, is a documentary all about the game changing American department store, Bergdorf Goodman. Not only does it show off some pretty fabulous clips of our favourite city in the world- New York, but it has commentary from some of the most influential people in fashion;  Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Rachel Zoe, Nicole Richie, Vera Wang, Karl Lagerfeld and Marc Jacobs to name a few.

Check out the trailer below, and for the full cast list check out the IMDb page for the movie. It is expected to be released on iTunes on October 23, 2013 here in Australia, and we have already pre-ordered our copy; we are that excited!

Peace, Love, Shae

So I recently came across this amazing blogger- and I have to admit now that I have stalked her blog, I am slightly embarrassed to say that I haven't come across her before. Now if you too have/had no idea who this amazing woman is... then here's the lowdown; Shea Marie, is an incredible blogger, who does practically everything. On her blog she posts about her travels, beauty, fashion and food and health. Not only is she loved by the public, but Rachel Zoe herself has mentioned her, and she has been featured in many major magazines such as Harpers Bazaar and Glamour.

We highly suggest that you too should check out Shea's Blog... you will not be disappointed, but if the incredible things she has done is not enough to make you fall in love with her, then here are some of her instagram posts, in which she always looks stunning.
